This FAQ explains how bookings work with Malta Party Vibes, what you receive after purchase, and how refunds/changes are handled.

- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 to purchase or attend most events unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds: Only if the event is officially cancelled (for tickets sold directly by Malta Party Vibes).
- Rescheduled events: Your ticket stays valid for the new date (direct sales).
- Denied entry / late arrival: No refunds.

How does booking work?
- Direct purchase: You buy a ticket/pack directly from Malta Party Vibes via our site or a Malta Party Vibes payment link.
- External checkout (sometimes): For certain events, checkout may be completed via an external provider. In those cases, the transaction rules (changes/refunds) follow the provider’s policies.
Where is my ticket?
- What you should receive: A confirmation (often with a QR code or booking reference).
- If you can’t find it: Check spam/junk folders and search your inbox for “Malta Party Vibes”.
- Best practice: Screenshot your QR/confirmation and keep it accessible offline before you go out.
Do names on tickets matter?
