Isle of MTV Malta 2026 Afterparties: Afrojack, NERVO, GORDO & Dizzee Rascal
The concert is free. The week is legendary. 🎪
Isle of MTV turns Malta into Europe's party capital for a week every July — and while the main show is free, the real magic happens after dark. For 2026, the official week lines up five nights of afterparties and parties with global headliners, from 22 to 26 July. Here's the full battle plan.
Wednesday 22 July — Afrojack at Gianpula 🇳🇱
The official opening afterparty brings Grammy-winning Dutch giant Afrojack to Gianpula. From "Give Me Everything" to headline sets at Ultra and Tomorrowland, he's one of the defining names of big-room EDM — and this is the closest you'll get to him all summer.
Thursday 23 July — Isle of MTV Boat Party 🛥️
The week's daytime highlight: the official Isle of MTV boat party, sailing from Sliema with open bar, swim stops and DJs on deck. Boat parties sell out days ahead in peak season — this one goes faster.
Friday 24 July — NERVO at Gianpula Village 🇦🇺
Twin-sister duo NERVO co-wrote the Grammy-winning "When Love Takes Over" before becoming festival headliners in their own right. Expect a masterclass in main-stage energy under the open sky.
Saturday 25 July — GORDO at Café del Mar 🌅
GORDO — the producer behind cuts on Drake's Honestly, Nevermind — brings his tech-house-meets-latin sound to the island's most famous sunset venue. Golden hour, infinity pool, one of the hottest names in the game right now.
