RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MaltaPartyVibes, we operate both as a direct seller and as a promoter of third-party events. Therefore, our return and refund policy depends on how the product or ticket was purchased.
1. Tickets & Packs Sold Directly by MaltaPartyVibes
For tickets or packages purchased directly through our website or payment links, the following conditions apply:

Refunds are only available if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

No refunds will be issued for late arrival, denied entry due to age, dress code, or behavior, or if the customer does not attend the event for personal reasons.

Requests for changes (e.g. name corrections or date changes) may be considered depending on availability. Please contact us at info@maltapartyvibes.com.
2. Tickets Purchased via Third-Party Platforms (e.g., Get Your Tickets)
If you were redirected from our site to an external ticketing provider, your purchase is governed entirely by their own terms and refund policy.
In these cases:

MaltaPartyVibes does not process refunds or changes.

Any issue regarding tickets, payments, or entry must be resolved directly with the ticket provider listed in your confirmation email.
Important Note on Admission Timing
Some venues apply strict admission policies, including latest entry times. These may not always be printed on the ticket. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive early and comply with all venue requirements. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
